Explosion Proof Gas Detection Heads

General Description

To assist the Instrument maker further, any of N.E.T.'s gas sensors may be supplied in an ATEX certified, explosion-proof gas detection head enclosure, to be used as a complete field device in Fixed Gas Detection applications.

Three types of sensor heads are available:

NET type 2 head (NET-2): completely sealed, 1-piece design, very low cost, needs to be disposed when expired
NET type 3 head (NET-3): a 2-piece design, where the head may be disassembled and the internal sensor may be replaced in the field if required. NET-3 heads can be supplied as complete CYBER^® Transmitters.
IRAD IR sensor head: type 2 or 3 head including NDIR sensor and optional CYBER^® transmitter.

All types are available with 3/4" or 1" NPT threads.
