R32

R32 is increasingly gaining favour as a low temperature refrigerant and as a replacement gas in some R410A applications, because it has has similar performance and operating conditions to R410A. It has a lower global warming potential (GWP) than the commonly used HFCs. It is flammable on its own, but not when mixed with the other components of these blends.

  • Sensors:
    N.E.T can offer wide range of  NDIR sensors to monitorize refrigerants, in particular IREF-32 mm is suitable for detection of R32 gas in ppm range. (see datasheet)
  • Transmitter:
    All NDIR sensors  can be  mounted on a Cyber module that can drive and process the signals from the majority of N.E.T. industrial sensor range:CYBER – 4-20mA output
  • N.E.T Heads and N.E.T. Cyber Heads:
    N.E.T manufactures also a wide range of ready-to-use detector heads, that can house all NDIR sensors :NET3XNETC3; NET3/PL . The NET3 Cyber Head (ATEX/IECEx certified) has been developed for use as a component of a fixed gas detection system or as a full conformity field device. It can accommodates a Cyber transmitter module with 4-20 mA and digital (RS485 Modbus) outputs. The electronics are connected to an infrared, pellistor or electrochemical gas sensor.
