The new MAK series, i.e. MEMS Analogue Katharometer. MAK is a thermal conductivity sensor, or KATHAROMETER, which measures the concentration of gases whose thermal conductivity differs significantly from that of the reference gas, usually air, in a range from 0 to 100% by volume.
