NET already features the most complete range of refrigerant leak detection solutions on the market today, but as the market is constantly introducing new refrigerants, we are constantly designing new sensors.
We are proud to introduce our latest addition for R-455A, a refrigerant which is rapidly gaining traction in the industry as a substitute for R-404A, R-22 and R-407C.
The sensor will be available in %LFL range (11.8% vol) in both the IREF PRO and IREF LITE ranges.

About R-455A
R-455A is a mildly flammable, zeotropic blend is designed to serve as an alternative for low, medium and high temperature applications in new systems. Its ultra-low GWP of only 146 (below 150) makes it an Fgas-ready solution. It also provides a close capacity match to R-404A, extended operating envelope when compared to propane or air- conditioning refrigerants, and high energy efficiency.
It provides similar performance to R-404A but should offer 96 per cent lower global warming potential and greater operating efficiency.
