N.E.T. at MCE 2026: Setting New Standards in Gas Detection for Refrigeration
We are pleased to announce we will be exhibiting at MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2026, the international tradeshow where companies in the HVAC+R, renewable energy and water world meet new customers and strengthen relationships with those who design, install and build plants and systems for comfort in the industrial, residential and commercial sectors.
We will showcase our latest innovations in Gas detection technology.

The NETC3 DIN-R – ATEX Certified Readiness
A key highlight of our presence at this year’s MCE will be the NETC3 DIN-R. As the HVAC and refrigeration sectors face tighter regulations regarding hazardous zones, specifically for systems based on flammable refrigerants like Propane (R-290), the DIN-R serves as a vital, ready-to-use solution.
NETC3 DIN-R supports the full range of N.E.T. Infrared sensors and is delivered pre-configured and pre-calibrated to specific customer requirements.
- Communication: RS-485 Modbus output alongside dedicated fault and alarm relays.
- Power Supply: 12-24VDC.
- Safe Sampling: Features an integral stainless steel sintered filter; an optional adapter (NET-GD3) is available for IP65 and dust protection (II 2GD).
- Mechanical Flexibility: Includes an M46 external thread for accessories and three rear thread options (3/4”, 1”, or M20) for seamless integration into existing detector housings.
Why choose the N.E.T. DIN-R?
- Certified & Ready-to-Use: Eliminate the burden of individual component certification.
- Local relays for threshold and fault alarms
- Digital Integration: Available with integrated digital output
- Application-Specific Design: Specifically engineered for the detection requirements of the refrigeration industry, providing accurate hazard warnings where safety is critical.
Also on display at our stand is the REMORA FIRST.

- Why is NDIR technology ideal for Refrigerant leak detection?
Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) is the industry benchmark for refrigerant detection due to its superior selectivity. Unlike other sensing methods, NDIR ensures immunity to poisoning and inhibitors, providing absolute Gas selectivity that eliminates false alarms. This results in fail-safe operation, exceptional long-term stability, and an extended product lifetime exceeding 15 years.
- Is the REMORA First module suitable for harsh industrial environments?
Yes. The REMORA module is housed in a robust, glass-reinforced, flame-retardant IP54 Polyamide enclosure. Designed for reliability in demanding conditions, it includes integrated mounting holes, an oleophobic filter, and an oil spray cover, ensuring consistent performance against shocks, dust, and environmental contamination across a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
- Which refrigerants are supported by the REMORA First series?
REMORA First provides a comprehensive solution for modern refrigeration, supporting over 40 different common refrigerants. It is specifically optimized for A2L and natural refrigerants, including R-290 (propane), R32, R1234yf, R1234ze, R454 series, and R-744 (CO2) catering to the evolving safety standards of HVAC/R systems.
- Does the REMORA module simplify system integration for OEM manufacturers?
Absolutely. REMORA is designed as a ready-to-use sensor module to minimize R&D efforts. It features a high-level interface with industry-standard RS-485 Modbus communication protocol, alongside local relays for threshold and fault alarms. By utilizing our SIL2-rated, microprocessor-based platform, manufacturers can achieve rapid integration and compliance without the complexity of in-house sensor development.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT MCE AT HALL 11, BOOTH E31.
